Kim Salas, MFT Trainee
With over 25 years of experience as an events planner and a strong foundation in ministry and psychology, Kim has dedicated her career to serving diverse communities through faith, advocacy, and mental health initiatives. She earned an AA in Theology from VETI Bible School, followed by a BA and Master’s degree in Psychology from William Jessup University, and completed additional studies in Communications at San Jose City College and Addiction Studies at William Jessup University.
Ordained as a pastor in 2017 by REACH, she has ministered at Girlfriends Conferences for five years and served as Assistant Pastor for CHAM Advocacy Ministry for eight years. Her outreach includes a decade of direct work with homeless populations, providing compassionate support and resources.
As CEO and founder of Solutions CIU Global, she leads efforts to assist impoverished families in Pakistan, combining her theological training and psychological expertise to foster holistic care and community transformation.
