    Meet Jenna Resch, a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in the field. With a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges, Jenna specializes in working with teens, adults, parents, families, people with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals.

    Jenna's areas of expertise encompass a wide range of issues, including navigating adjustments, managing change or feeling stuck, addressing social-relational concerns, alleviating anxiety, exploring identity and self-worth, tackling parenting and family issues, and coping with life stress.

    Drawing from her extensive experience and training, Jenna utilizes an integrative approach to therapy. By tailoring her methods to each client's unique needs and goals, she empowers them to embark on a journey towards healing and fulfillment.
