    Welcome to the world of Khinmaysoe Chu, where passion meets purpose in the realm of counseling. As a dedicated professional, Khinmaysoe brings a unique blend of personal interests, extensive education, and a heartfelt commitment to helping others.

    About Me:
    Driven by a calling to make a positive impact, Khinmaysoe found solace and purpose in the counseling profession. This journey began with a realization that counseling is not just a career but a calling to foster healing and resilience.

    Areas of Expertise:
    Khinmaysoe specializes in a diverse range of counseling areas, including Couples Counseling, PTSD, Trauma/EMDR, Addiction (Sex/Behavioral), Anxiety/OCD, Depression, Grief, Premarital Counseling, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and Neurodiversity. Each specialization reflects a commitment to addressing the multifaceted aspects of mental health and well-being.

    Professional Affiliation:
    Khinmaysoe is a proud member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), highlighting a dedication to professional growth and adherence to ethical standards within the counseling community.

    Educational Journey:
    On the educational front, Khinmaysoe has embarked on a continuous path of learning and growth. Currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling, Khinmaysoe has completed EMDR Basic Training and is working towards accreditation as an aCSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist). The academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, showcasing a unique blend of analytical and empathetic skills.

    Office Hours:
    To better serve the community, Khinmaysoe is available for counseling sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This availability ensures flexibility for individuals seeking support in their mental health journey.

    Language Proficiency:
    While Khinmaysoe primarily communicates in English, the ability to connect with clients effectively is a top priority.

    Beyond the Office:
    Away from the counseling room, Khinmaysoe finds joy in the simplicity of life. Swimming and gardening are not just hobbies; they represent a balance between the therapeutic nature of water and the grounding energy of the earth.
