New Resource Development Director
Christina comes to Advent with over 14 years of experience in the non-profit industry. Her background includes working with low-income families, youth and older adults.
She has a degree in Business Administration from William Jessup University and has dedicated her career to serving the community with compassion and integrity.
Prior to joining Advent’s family, Christina was the Director of a Community Center in San Mateo County. Where she was responsible for providing oversight of program’s centered on Case Management, Health & Wellness, and prevention education; as well as supporting aspects of fundraising, volunteer & donor engagement.
As the Director of Resource Development, Christina Gonzalez is responsible for leading Advent Group Ministries’ fundraising strategy. She and her team have been tasked with creating innovative marketing initiatives, to advance the organization’s mission and build awareness among key partners.
Christina is both passionate & committed to serving the organization’s vision and is focused on building strong vital relationships with corporate sponsors and other faith & community based organizations.
