Wish’s primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. Integrating psychological insight with Christian faith—while welcoming clients of all backgrounds—she supports resilience, emotional well-being, and meaningful growth.
Drawing on a background in the performing arts, family education, and more than 15 years of church service, Wish brings empathy, creativity, and insight into relationships and family dynamics. She is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in their healing and personal growth.
